The Teachers Training & Leadership Development Program (TTLDP) is divided into 10 learning modules. Each module is conducted online for 2 hours. The program is comprised of 20 lecture hours and 40 hours of workbook activities to be done at home by the teachers.
The program is designed to drive experiential learning in the form of highly engaging workshops, facilitating interactions and knowledge sharing amongst the participants.
The modules delivered over immersive workshops and digital content, comprise of 6 sections namely :

Points to Note:
-> Each Batch spends a week. i.e. 20 hours with the Soochak Facilitators and Trainers.
-> Post the completion of each workshop, participants are provided digital workbooks for the module which they are expected to complete at home. These exercises are designed for a cumulative of 40 hours of work at home.
->A completion certificate is provided on the completion of the 10 modules workshops.
